Delivery and Returns

Despatch times

All items on this site are made to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch (5 working days for prints and greetings cards).

While we typically process orders faster, we allow this time frame as some products are sourced from local suppliers. Additionally, some products are shipped directly from our suppliers to reduce waste and delivery time; this will be specified in the product description.

Please note that delivery times are in addition to the dispatch times outlined below.

 

Delivery times

UK shipping: Royal Mail - Estimated 1-5 working days from despatch

Please be aware that Royal Mail strikes and staffing levels may cause significant delays, which are beyond our control.

 

Delivery costs

UK shipping standard 2nd: £3.50

UK shipping signed for 1st: £5.50

UK shipping tracked 24: £6

Mugs, hoodies, flasks and pet bandanas standard 2nd: £4

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

Please note that tracked shipping is not standard. You may select this as an optional upgrade at checkout. While it is entirely your choice whether to choose tracked or untracked shipping, we recommend opting for tracked shipping, particularly for international orders, as items can sometimes be delayed in customs. Please note that once your order is handed over to the Post Office, postage is out of our control.

 

What If My Order Hasn’t Arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived, please refer to the following guidelines:

UK: Due to Royal Mail policies, compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after 10 working days.

Overseas: Due to Royal Mail policies, compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after 25 working days.

If these time frames have passed and your order still hasn’t arrived, please contact us, and we will assist you further.

 

Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges - please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return within 28 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please do not remove prints/cards from their cello packaging to take pictures, as doing so will void the return eligibility (note the packaging requirements). If your item has arrived damaged, please send photos so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

To begin the return process, please contact us at laurenbethdesigns@hotmail.com. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Returns will be processed within 2 working days once we have received and inspected the returned item.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). I also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. For the fastest resolution, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange and, once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Incorrect shipping address

If you’ve provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to process a refund due to an incorrect address, as this is not an error on our part.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
