Despatch times

Everything on this site is made to order, so please allow up to 10 working days (5 for prints and greetings cards) for despatch.

It's normally quicker than this, but I allow this time because some of the products come from local companies to me first. Some products are also sent from my supplier to you to reduce wastage and time - this is displayed in the product description.

Please note delivery times are ADDITIONAL to the despatch times above.

UK shipping: Royal Mail - Estimated 1-5 working days from despatch

Please bear in mind Royal Mail strikes are causing major delays. This is, unfortunately, out of my hands.

Delivery costs

UK shipping standard 2nd: £3.50

UK shipping signed for 1st: £5.50

UK shipping tracked 24: £6

Mugs, hoodies, flasks and pet bandanas standard 2nd: £4

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please note that tracked shipping is not standard - there is an optional extra for this at check out. It's completely up to you whether you purchase tracked or untracked, but I would recommend tracked for overseas orders as they regularly get stuck in customs - postage is out of my hands once I've handed it over at the Post Office.

My order hasn't arrived

Oh no! Please see details below:

UK: Due to Royal Mail policies, compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after 10 working days.

Overseas: Due to Royal Mail policies, compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after 25 working days.

If this time has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, please get in touch with me and I can help!

Want to return?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges - please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return within 28 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please do not take the print/card out of the cello packaging to take a picture as this will void your return (note packaging above). If your order has arrived damaged, please send pictures so I can evaluate this and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact me at laurenbethdesigns@hotmail.com. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns will be processed within 2 working days once I have received and inspected the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately with pictures if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). I also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What if I've given you the wrong address?
Oh no! If you've put the wrong address in, please contact me ASAP to get this amended and I will ensure it is sent to the new address if your order hasn't been despatched yet.

If I've already despatched the order, you will need to pay shipping again to get this resent to you, or I am happy to refund you minus original shipping costs due to this not being my error.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
